Welcome to our online Claims Division where we strive to offer you our most efficient and friendly service in the light of your most recent unfortunate loss or damage incurred. Any claim normally falls into one of three categories as defined below. Motor Accident Claims Any accident or collision involving your motor vehicle which includes damage to Third Parties will fall under this category. Should your damage be restricted to windscreen only then you can proceed directly to your nearest reputable windscreen repair centre who in turn will contact us for authorisation. Motor Theft Claims Includes theft, attempted theft and/or hijack of your vehicle. Please note that such claims have to be reported immediately to the South African Police. Property Loss Claims Includes all your insured personal property as covered by your short term policy. This includes burglary; storm and/or lightning damage to your personal property; burst geysers and loss of or damage to selected All Risks items. The requisite documentation and information necessary for your claim to be processed is documented in the claim form below. Please note that your claim has to be reported in writing to Safire within 30 days of occurrence as per your insurance policy.
