Including all your insured personal property as covered by your short-term policy, for losses incurred through burglary; storm and/or lightning damage to your personal property; burst geysers and loss of or damage to selected All Risks items.
The requisite documentation and information necessary for your claim to be processed is documented in the claim form below. Please note that your claim has to be reported in writing to Safire within 30 days of occurrence as per your insurance policy.

Property loss or damage claim process: 1. We will register your claim on our system upon receipt of the fully completed claim form and the supporting documentation. To avoid delays, please ensure that you send through ALL the required documentation (refer to the front page of the claim form to see what is required). 2. We will advise your broker of the claim number for reference purposes. 3. Our claim staff will review the claim and appoint an external loss adjuster. We will notify your broker of the loss adjuster’s appointment. 4. The loss adjuster will contact you directly. We normally receive the loss adjuster’s report within 7 to 9 working days. 5. Once the claim has been approved, and the paperwork received, payment will be processed. | Eiendoms Verlies of skade eise proses: 1.
