COVID-19

The Safire team has implemented interim measures for the weeks ahead, to ensure that we remain operational and available to our clients during lockdown.  We’ve tried to keep it quick and simple for you to access the necessary information here.

Answering your questions during lockdown

We have tried to summarise some of your most frequently asked questions here. Remember our email addresses remain unchanged and we are all at work as usual, albeit working remotely. You can also contact your broker with any queries you might have. If you are unsure who to contact, please email us at admin@safireinsurance.com.

SAFIRE’S STANCE ON COVID-19

All Safire staff are working remotely from home and we are open for business, as usual. You can reach us on our usual email addresses, and we will continue to provide the outstanding service levels you have come to expect from Safire.

DELAYS IN SERVICING & REPAIRS

There has already been a global slowdown in repairs to certain items including cellphones and motor vehicles, because of unavailability of parts. The 21-day shutdown of all but essential and emergency services will now impact on autobody repairers and panel-beaters.

ALL PROCESSES DURING THE LOCKDOWN

Our team is well prepared to continue our business processes and will be delivering their usual outstanding service remotely during the lockdown period announced by our President. Our email addresses remain unchanged: as a first and preferred point of contact, please continue to send emails exactly as you have done in the past.

SAFIRE ASSIST MOBILE APP SERVICES CONTINUE

Our Safire Assist app might be even more vital for our clients at this difficult time, so please download the app to ensure that your emergency responders are never far away.
