Embracing the holiday spirit

Embracing the holiday spirit, and bringing delight to the youngsters of Kenosis Community

There are some many worthy causes in and around Pietermaritzburg where our head office is situated and choosing who to support is always challenging. One of Safire’s latest projects is to financially assist Kenosis Community in Bishopstowe with the refurbishing of a cottage which is no longer in use and has fallen into disrepair, to provide a library, homework room and an indoor play area for the Kenosis foster children.

Kenosis is a Christian NPO, founded in 1989, which assists the homeless, abandoned and disadvantaged youth of the area, providing a safe home for children in its foster cluster village, and ensuring that local youngsters receive quality pre-school education. For more info on this incredible community project or to offer your support, please visit their website http://kenosis.org.za/
