Order
Once your order has been placed. you will receive an email confirmation.
Our lead time for kit is 6 weeks.
Please ensure you make payment before
the 3 February 2023 to secure your order.
Payment
Payments will need be paid via EFT. Our banking details will be sent to you, once you have completed the checkout process.
Please don't forget to use your Safire Berg 100 Race number as the payment reference.
Delivery
Your order will be available for collection with your registration pack the day before the event.
Exchanges
We will have a popup store at the event should your kit be incorrect size where you can exchange it. Please note this will be dependant on availability.
Cancellations
Should you want to cancel your order and request a refund, please do so before the 3 February 2023 before we place our order with our supplier. We will be unable to assist once the order has been placed.
