This means that all people in South Africa, including non-nationals, can request information from public and private bodies, with the aim of promoting transparency, accountability and effective governance. In line with our Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy, we have attached a copy of the Safire Privacy Manual in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act and all required forms for convenience.

Accordingly, the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA) prescribes that all entities must have measures in place to protect the personal information that they have for the people that they deal with.
