Safire staff members were greeted with sweet little bunnies when they arrived at their desks on Thursday 17 April, the day before the Easter break. But these weren’t fluffy bunnies; they were tasty, handcrafted treats, baked by a super-busy, multi-tasking mom!

On Valentine’s Day, 14 February, we sprinkled some sweetness into the day by partnering with Flour Power, a local enterprise founded by talented baker Yukta Sewsunker, who created the most delightful, melt-in-your-mouth, heart-shaped butter biscuits.

The youngsters at the Joseph Baynes Children’s Home in Pietermaritzburg were treated to a special day recently, when Safire staff shared some special time with them as an end-of-year fun day. There were delicious eats, face painting and lots of smiles.
